Synopsis:
Stargazer is a science fiction/ romance written in the universal theme of a Romeo and Juliet story. First love, sexual tension, hidden secrets, and mystery.
Our heroine Vanna West falls in love with Fallon, not knowing he's an alien from a distant planet behind the sun.
Fallon is trapped here on Earth waiting for rescue by his people. While waiting Fallon meets Vanna and falls in love with her, then hopes his people never come. However, he's bound by commitments he made to his home planet before crashing his space ship on Earth. Fallon is desperate to keep his identity a secret from Vanna. He's terrified she will turn away from him in terror if she finds out he's an alien from a distant planet.
Our heroine is bound by her love for Fallon. Neither can move forward until Fallon's commitments to his home planet has been fulfilled.

'Who are you Fallon that you can do such things and where do you come from?'
Please Vanna; please don't make me tell you. I'm so afraid you'll turn away from me in fear if you know; I couldn't face life without you. Fallon raised her hand to his lips and kissed her fingers. 'Please my love, don't make me tell you.'

About the Author:
Author Barbara E Pleasant graduated high school and together with her husband, they have three children.
Barbara didn't start writing until she realized that she was the last one left in the family that still had the memories of people in the past. If she didn't write them down before she dies then they would be lost forever. She spent several years writing every family story, good, funny, and skeleton in the closet bad, not holding back anything. As she said, 'After all, those people are dead. What can they do?'
After that Barbara began writing short fictional stories. She found that she could weave a good story with an interesting plot that would keep the reader's interest. She just finished writing her second book about Fallon and Vanna which will be available shortly.
