This book comprises three sections on the 3C Principles covering the entire gamut of convictions or values, character and relationships, and competence or skill requirements to achieve excellence. Section One comprises four chapters that are primarily devoted to the topic of convictions; Section Two focuses on character with relationships before the reader is led to Section Three where competence and skills are required at the workplace. Proposals are put up to resolve the multifarious issues at the workplace based on her keen and profound examinations into the root causes as to how these problems came about in the first place.
